As per current European regulations, we only collect reviews from real customers. But that’s not all! We’re committed to transparency throughout the entire process, from collection to moderation and publication.
What’s more, as a trusted third party certified by AFNORwe take a neutral stance on reviews; companies cannot delete reviews or defer their publication (find out more about the rules for moderating and publishing reviews here).
How to manage customer reviews
You can view all your reviews and check their status (“published”, “in moderation”, or “refused”) in the Verified Reviews interface.
Automate the publication of certain reviews so that you can focus on moderating others and take the time to respond to your customers.
You have 7 days to moderate a review with an “in moderation” status. After this period, the review will be published automatically. You can use this time to put customers requiring after-sales assistance in touch with your customer service department. If the review does not comply with our transparency charter, you can send the customer a new review request so that they can update it and ensure it is compliant.
However, if the negative review is legitimate, it will be published. You can comment on it using a custom response template.
